Unfortunatly the support microsoft say me that they cant doing something, you must try to ask the refund but good luck... For now they are useless with me... Ladykilla01 Posted February 26, 2020 Share Posted February 26, 2020 I’ve been fighting this battle for a couple weeks how’s. I’ve emailed Wildcard. I’ve tweeted Ced. I’ve spoken to Microsoft numerous times and they say the same thing. I had to buy it twice because I host on Windows and that’s where my character is but I’m hoping that Wildcard and Microsoft can fix this and then issue refunds to those of us that have purchased it twice.
