Two different season passes on Microsoft store / Xbox

I’ve been fighting this battle for a couple weeks how’s. I’ve emailed Wildcard. I’ve tweeted Ced. I’ve spoken to Microsoft numerous times and they say the same thing. I had to buy it twice because I host on Windows and that’s where my character is but I’m hoping that Wildcard and Microsoft can fix this and then issue refunds to those of us that have purchased it twice.
