Can a PS4 console player play on a server with PC mods?

Can a PS4 console player play on a server with PC mods?

I wasn't entirely sure where I should post this in the first place so forgive me if I got it wrong.

I have NEVER played online before, as I just recently got high speed internet that wasn't coming from a satellite with a massive ping delay. So now that I have good high speed internet I can finally play online, which brings me to a whole host of questions, but I'm only looking at one in this post.

 

Since servers can host the game for people to connect to and play, is it possible that the server hosting the game could have an official mod like S+ installed on it, and then PS4 players can connect to the server and play the game with the mods?

I guess I'm visualizing it like this

A PC server > with the PC S+ mod installed > for PS4 console players?

Is this possible?

 

I would greatly appreciate any insight that you may have on this topic.

I don't believe so. The only servers that can have mods are PC only servers.

With Xbox and PC you can crossplay on a server, but even that server/game can't have mods on it.
