Ollybolly Posted February 18, 2020 Share Posted February 18, 2020 I bought the new season pass but no download option is appearing I understand that genesis hasn’t been released but anyone who has pre ordered has the new HLNA skin. I went onto the Xbox store and it says I’ve purchased it and owned but now downloaded and there’s no option too. I’ve logged into ark and nothing of Genesis shows and I haven’t got the new skin and I’ve restarted my Xbox everything. It’s just sitting in the Xbox store saying owned. Tomm1e1 Posted February 18, 2020 Share Posted February 18, 2020 You could try killing your player and respawning. All currently unlocked skins will be on your player when you respawn. Nothing at all. if your on console is it set to the home device? its possible if the installing isnt working uninstalling maybe a faulty hard drive. dont quote me on that. but if setting it to home doesnt fix it then all i can think of is faulty drive with a bad sector maybe Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
