Pumpkaboii
Featherlight Wandering Hey guys. So I'm playing on Aberration with my friends and I was wondering if any body knew if there was a way to make your Featherlights fly when on wander or just fly around in general. I built a really nice pen for them and I don't want them to just bobble around with the rest of the pets, I'd like them to fly around the cage. Anybody know if I can make it happen? My screenshot of the pen is too big to upload
Castlerock
Maybe try having them on follow and wandering while locked by a dino leash, then when they start flying disable follow? Not sure if it will work
IanHighlander
As soon as you whistle stop to stop them following they will just land and continue to wander. That said, leaving any creature on wander is a dangerous game in Ark, be prepared to lose your tames, lag, the fact that creatures render before buildings and all sorts of other issues mean your creatures are likely to glitch through your nice pen and be lost. The dino leash is the only thing that will prevent this in theory, but even then, have seen that fail.
GrumpyBear
I make baby snow owls wander to death when they are trash. Try setting them to wander over water, put a leash down in the middle of the water , have them follow you to the area turn on leash , whistle un-follow. semo
Make them follow a doedi or something you can ride and let that thing wander. They will at least not land.
