Kadrian Posted February 17, 2020 Share Posted February 17, 2020 Game removed me from my solo tribe is there any official technical support members that are reachable ? most folks i have spoken to across several servers say their attempts to reach help in time was fruitless and that you guys from wildcard are unreachable. I am really hopeing this is not the case and would like a gm to come to 196 ragnorok and put me (jixler) back in my tribe. when servrer crashed last time for some reason it removed me from my tribe. I am the only member LEAF is tribe name there were nevrer any other members in this tribe on ragnorok 196 so there is no chance another member could have somehow done it and i am the tribe owner. STEVEC Posted February 17, 2020 Share Posted February 17, 2020 You have to get an appointment with a GM. Start a support ticket and good luck. Last time I put a ticket in first available appointment was 2 weeks later. This means if you are solo you will most likely loose all your stuff.
