After this many dlc's though that type of delay should be expected, figured in and anticipated. this isn't the first time it's happened it.s *every* time.

Nothing to think it is a WildCard thing, except they have done this on every dlc, tlc or major update since early access. I love this game, but they never hit times they publish. So other companies may do this but this is kinda a habit for these guys.

They didn't stop the last one   

PC got it and xbox had to wait a week.
