Aaryl
What to do about aimbotters So we had a bit of a situation where a bunch of aimbotters were on our crossark. 3 of our members on griffins were willed within seconds of eachother while diving. Obviously we reported it immediately but we received no response until the next morning and got the typical automated response from genie. No GM showed up. They then went to another server and started raiding another tribe who couldnt even defend themselves due to griffin aimbotters sniping them off any tame they were riding on. So that tribe got foundation wiped. How the heck are we supposed to deal with this?
Luewen
You always get automated message first? Its just to let you know that they have received your ticket. Not that they are handling it right now.

Aaryl
Battleye is supposed to help prevent it but it doesnt. And devs for this game take 12+hrs to respond. Theyre a chinese tribe from another server and a bunch of them already have bans on their accounts.
