Dedicated Server Help!!

Hello all, 

I'm trying to set a dedicated server up on my PC via the Microsoft Windows Store game so that the Xbox's in my household can join and play etc. This all works fine, but when trying to locate the save file loication and ini files etc for the life of me I can't find the correct ones.

(Why was this so much easier on steam?)

Anyway, I have Ark installed to my second HDD so I go there, locate the WIndowsApps folder: Now I see three folders, Deleted, Studio Wildcard and another Studio WIldcard. Only one of the SWC folders has content so I go there, and now I'm lost. I can't find any thing relating to player saved maps or ini's etc. 

A quick search online says I should have a LocalState\Saved\Maps but I don't?

 

Any help would be greatly appreciated, I'm sure I'm missing something obvious.
