Verifying files, re installing, deleting battleye and re downloading... and a ton more. after about half an hour of gameplay battleye crashes and closes my game. here's a video of that happening.. Contact via discord please i've spoke to wildcard and they've taken me through a huge process of trying all the possible fixes. my game keeps crashing and isnt giving me an error code, one minute i'm playing the next my game is gone. i've tried all their solutions from verifying the files to reinstalling the game to turning off anti virus etc etc... i even went as far as resseting my entire pc overall, fresh windows 10 install the whole shabang. I'm running a 1660ti 8gb, i5 7600k, 16gb of ram... please if anyone has had the same issues and been able to fix it please please contact me via this forum or TLG Owen#3978 on discord or Bonneyboy3@gmail.com via email. Apologies, I couldn't see any post at all referring to it. I was thinking, even if BE was the issue, perhaps a background program was setting it off. Something running that it didn't like, and ARK was taking the hit. It's a bit of a stretch, but it may be worth trying playing on a no-BE server, with BE uninstalled, just to see if your game still closes. Maybe ARK's freaking out somehow, but since BE is linked to it, ARK and BE crashing are reported as one and the same. A stretch, yeah, but it's worth checking. FreelancerKnux Posted January 27, 2020 Share Posted January 27, 2020 Delete and reinstall battleeye, buy a new computer, install a previous version of the game and see if battle eye crashes on an unofficial server like that, make sure you arent running other programs at the same time which could cause a spike in memory usage forcing your pc to kill battle eye. Time to check hardware: 1) Temperatures 2) HDD analysis (If it's a mechanical hard drive, or ssd, both have different types of apps to check them) 3) Ram analysis. 4) Vga analysis. 5) Undo overclock if you have. 6) Undo ram auto memory speeds, set to manual values. 7) Undo ram dual channel. 8- Play the game on fullscreen (not borderless fullscreen) Anddddd i'll come up with more things later. Battleeye and Antivirus are both invasive programs and sometimes don't play well together. You can add in exceptions on your antivirus to allow battleye more freedom.
