Thank you On PvE, yes. But since you tagged it PvP, I'm kinda guessing you are playing PvP! And so no, it isn't considered abuse at all. You can do as you please on PvP servers, and people damn sure take advantage of that. As a note, you can transfer off server from any supply drop as well.
