You stop, fearing a sudden earthquake but then a terrible loud sound rings out, causing you to cover your ears and wince in pain. A blinding light comes next and you can feel yourself being pulled in. All you can do is cower into a ball as your senses overwhelm you and you succumb to darkness. Waking up you see you're in a settlement of some kind. There's a castle and a pub, stables, houses and workshops. You stare in disbelief. You ask a passerby and learn that you are in Crag's Keep, on the Ark. They can tell by your odd attire and confused state that you're a new arrival and direct you towards the castle. They say there are people there that can help you and you can trust them. You suppose at this point you don't have much choice do you?
