When I mass hatch hundreds of eggs how do I pick all of them when they’re ~30 s

I see these you tubers making mutation videos who manage to get they’re hundreds of eggs to below 30 seconds left all in a fridge. I tried doing that but picking up 360 fert eggs ends up taking too long and I end up hatching too much to the point it lags the entire server. Is there a secret to having all eggs have a very short timer picked up so I can hatch a few at a time?

they have s+ installed so there is the s+ hatchery.

Whip, and I'd give a little bit more time, server lag could cause them to fail being picked up.

Set down each row with a couple minutes in between setting them down.  Then just track times on each row as you go.  It’s not impossible to do without s+,  just a lot harder.

That's how I do it.. I go back and pick up each row about 30s left to then only hatch 5 or so eggs at a time if Im after a certain mut so I can check carefully.

I also did mass hatching and had my generator very close to control the ACs. I turned it off and threw out all eggs and then turned generator on again so they all have the same incubation timer. Once at 30 seconds i turned generator off and used a whip to collect them all.
