Eenwolf Posted December 22, 2019 Share Posted December 22, 2019 GPU CRASH// RX 5700 Okay. so.. hi! first of all sorry, if this is the wrong place on the forum. but i couldnt find the best pllace for this topic. Soo, i play ark for 3 months now, and since 2 weeks i have so much trouble: some of my problems are. Im trying to join the server, gettin in too the world > after 2 mins its just crashes (lowlevelfatal error, D3D being lost) Im getting in the server > getting in too the word > My gpu just crashes and my vieuw is just gone litteraly black screen? need to restart my pc after that. i have the newest drivers So i need help. GPU: amd rx 5700 Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-7600K CPU @ 3.80GHz, 3792 MHz, 4 core('s), Hope someone can help me! juzek19985 Posted December 22, 2019 Share Posted December 22, 2019 Sadly this crash might take awhile to solve as according to Unreal Engine site it currently said "Backlogged" for AMD gpu. Though I hear for some people it stopped crashing when they set shadow setting to low, put -norhithread in launch option which you can find in game properties > Set Launch Options but no promise as it doesn't work for everyone.
