UnfairPepi
LowLevelFatalError Ark Crash The UE4-ShooterGame Game has crashed and will close LowLevelFatalError [File:F:\build\Trunk\Engine\Source\Runtime\Windows\D3D11RHI\Private\D3D11Util.cpp] [Line:201] Unreal Engine is exiting due to D3D device being lost. (Error: Qx887A0006 - 'HUNG') I tried restarting ark, restarting PC, deleting + unsubscribing from all mods, verifying game files several times, and using modded ini to lower fps. Any other fix? I'm wondering if there's something I can do before deleting and reinstalling ark which takes super long for me.
NSW
D3D is Direct3D, part of DirectX. I would look at checking / updating graphics card drivers first. Then maybe checking for updates to DirectX itself. On Windows 10 those come through Windows Update. You could also give Windows System File Checker a run and have it check for corrupted system files. So who makes the chipset in your card? Nvidia or AMD? Head to their website below and lookup the model of the card you have. (GTX ????, RX ????, etc) AMD: https://www.amd.com/en/support Nvida: https://www.geforce.com/drivers The driver packages are self installing. Just run it and follow the prompts. Beyond that, you can also look at the youtube video i linked below. It starts right at the AMD driver page and shows the process. Here is the download page on AMD for your driver: https://www.amd.com/en/support/graphics/radeon-500-series/radeon-500-series/radeon-
Maszatnyuszika
Hello guys! I had this problem long long times ago and I tried literally EVERYTHING to fix it... Reinstall drivers, underclocking gpu, launch options, verifying, registry edits, etc etc etc What was finally the fix for me? 1.remove your graphic driver with DDU tool in safe mode 2. Install 399.24 WHQL driver 3. Prevent windows to automaticly update graphic drivers (you can search on google how to do it---registry+ windows settings+hide the drivers with a windows tool [ https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/4026726/windows-10-hide-updates-or-driver-updates ] ) 4.done And after that... 399.24 fixed it for me... Since that I haven't crash once? I'm sure it worth a try. (I have a GTX 1060 OC, i5 8400, 8GB RAM)
