Normaly you can end the Xmas event right now because none has a chance to get a gift. Chinese with manas grab everyone that spawns. They pull wild dinos to disturb others and obvisiously use macros. How about implementing a gift lock? If someone grabs a gift, he should be locked for at least 5 ingame days to grab another one.
