The file D:\Games\SteamLibrary\steamapps\downloading\346110\ShooterGame\Binaries\Win64\ShooterGame_BE.exe is infected with Trojan.GenericKD.41923686 and was moved to quarantine. It is recommended that you run a System Scan to make sure your system is clean.

According to bitdefender when steam was updating >_>

Most likely detected as a potential threat due to its nature (scanning your files/processes, networking info back to an unknown network, etc.) but you can be assured BE is not a threat and that your cat pictures are safe.

Could always try the NSA, heard they are great for keeping backups too :) Although they are not always responding nicely when you send them an email :( Last time they told me they were not my personal backup service provider and that this was the last time they would restore my hard drive

It all makes sense! Area 51 is actually... a data center! ?

Wildcard is a Chinese owned company, this all may be just a joke but who knows what happens to your data and which data they collect with Snail Games owning Wildcard.

Same with Tencent, who knows what happens with your Riot Games (League of Legends) or Grinding Games Gear (Path of Exile) data.

They are probably in the same exact same boat as VALVe;

I'll be handing this out at noon. Line forms to the left.

Joe - Can I take 3 pieces please:  1 to make a tin foil hat, one to wrap around my gaming PC, and one to wrap around my server.
FAO FBI/GCHQ/Battle Eye : I will of course give you all my passwords.

I'm slightly confused though.  Is this thread about Government conspiracy, Alien invasion, Flat Earth "debate", or plain old paranoia?

We all know the aliens invaded our flat earth and the Chinese government covered it up using Battle Eye.

I'm obviously out of touch.  I thought the EPIC launcher was the bad guy, and Ark was promoting the flat Earth concept.

I'm not worried by Battle Eye or EPIC anyway.  I have complete faith in my installation of Kaspersky which protects my PC and secures my Android phone.
