Crash Error: Assertion failed: ActualIndex >= 0 [Please help]

I've been recently getting this crash and i can't seem to find a fix for it, First off a couple days ago when i tried playing ark it said i had to install it, but it was already installed. All the files were also still there.

So I tried finding ways to fix it but found nothing that worked so i decided to just install it again, but when i did and tried to get into my single player game on the island it constantly gave me this crash error:

I've tried some ways to fix this but none have worked so far, so far I've tried

Verifying my files

Both didn't work, I want to keep my progress since i've pumped probably 100+ hours into it already and i do not want to loose it. I can't even get in the game to upload my dinos incase for some reason there really is no way to fix this and i loose everything i've done. I don't care about loosing my character i just need the progress on that island. Please if anyone can help me fix this problem i'd so greatly appreciate it
