Currently running maps: The Island, Extinction, Abberation, Genesis 1

(Gathering on server upgrade to add all other maps)

 

A private server cluster, meant for people who can't play on official servers because of the time investment required for it. If you have a life, a job, kid(s) then you understand

The goal is to create a healthy and friendly community.

The concept here is that The Island will be you "Home Base" where you can build your art bases, and enjoy a tame and safe life of the warm and cozy The Island resort. Here you can hoard your loot and dinos, and it's also a good place for everyone to start their Ark journey.

But as you grow and your needs and wants increase, you will start feeling like things take too long on the Island to achieve. And this is what other maps are great for.

Jump over to any of the other maps to get much more loot, harvest a lot more resources, and to breed your dinos a lot faster. But at a risk. At a risk of losing everything you gather on those maps to PvP raids, and with higher difficulty of the environment, with higher level dinos chasing you across the map. And naturally harsher environments.

But if you managed to gather enough stuff, hurry and bring it back to The Island to store in your Home Base where no one will be able to take it from you. Here you can leave stuff to melt, breed and craft overnight without risk of being raided. Unless you ask to be raided yourself!

If you ever played games like Escape From Tarkov, that kind of gameplay was the inspiration here.

This is a private server for those who want to play Ark but can't enjoy official or most other PvP servers because of time constraints - if you have a life, a job or a family. Admin of this server has everything including a kid, so I can sympathize with it completely.

Rules of the server:

•  No PvP on The Island, Unlimited PvP on other maps
• Transferring between maps is allowed, no limits
•  Age 20+ is preferred (Mental age, just act as an adult, and respect others and their time)
•  24\7 play is discouraged. Have a life. If someone is noticed playing for more than 6 hours straight - subject to be kicked to go spend time with loved ones

Is it possible to join your sever via Xbox gamepass for pc? Got wiped off the map on the last server I was on

Sorry for the late reply, don't check this forum too often.

I am not sure. I know that XBox players can't join the server, because to enable crossplay or to host an XBox server you have to disable any rate modifications. Basically custom rate servers can't exist for console players.

As for using XBox gamepass but playing from PC - I don't know. You can try and report back if it works.

From other news, server now has close to 50 regular players, it now has update and restart scripts which send notifications in-game and in discord, giving people time to prepare for the restart. Working on some advanced chat, log and GPS logging so it would be possible to identify people who abuse the rules.

Cluster and transferring between maps is working, and after a vote decided to add S+ mod to the server. Server also received RAM upgrade so it should be able to run 4 or 5 maps once all config tweaks and mods are tested on current 2 maps: The Island and Genesis.

Server had a big change in it's concept. From limited PvP it now changed into split PvP. Details in first post of this thread.

TLDR - The Island is now a "Low rate no pvp" server, other maps are "Very high rates, unlimited pvp" servers. No limits on transferring between maps.
