As a PVE player I would like to see more permanent diseases. My tribe captain and I were discussing this matter, and we came up with a cure for one. This cure uses harder to acquire items of ark. We picked four: The blood from the Aruthropluera, Fur of the Yutyrannus, ink of the Tusoeuthis, and the Ammonite bile. To retrieve these items you would need to be able to equip the blood syringe for the blood and ink. Scissors for the fur. We have not thought of how to get the disease yet.
