when your server goes down, have you and your tribemates go to that link, fill out the form and submit it.

Sometimes the servers have such high pings that they won't show up on the server lists, im talking 1700+ pings, which technically makes the server appear offline when its not and they have no idea a server is down.  Other times they are just physically down, just the one instance on the server, and the server is reporting it as fine, other times the full server is down.

When one of our servers stops responding we fill out that form and submit it, and usually within 5-30 minutes the server is back up.  Hope it helps.

when we had a server with https://server.nitrado.net/ we had problems with outages too, it was a low range server with only 5 people playing, but tech support wasn't that great so we switched to a different service.  But after playing official for over a year now, I'm seeing that the servers at Nitrado are under powered, and substandard for any gaming company, being thats where wildcard supposedly has their servers. any time any of the servers get a high load of players, problems start happening.

been saying they need to upgrade the hardware for the ark servers, allocate more memory per instance on the servers, but it falls on deaf ears.

Ive reported the Rag server I am on WEEKLY for the past month and NOTHING has been done, acknowledged, etc about it. Every day, same crap: Lag every 10 mins, crashing, then server is offline for awhile before magically reappearing. Clearly its an issue NO ONE is looking into..

The official process of filling out the form, doc sheet etc has yielded jack..
