You expect the devs to care about its community... You need to message the support people directly. Ive given up on the devs, and the mods are kinda 50/50 if your lucky.(there are a few good ones) Trust me when i say this forum will not be able help you at all. Only luck here is if a mod notices this and has enough time or initiative to help, most of the time they skim through and make a post of "blah blah link to support to make a ticket..."
