Having read alot of the other suggests, i thought i would combined what i could to make it easier.
A Farm TLC: New crop plots in different shapes, triangle, Oval and circle. - wouldn't say no to the idea of a choice between a low and high base for the plots. New seeds, and maybe new food to create, as a diet of meet and raw veg and berries surely isnt the best.
A few more indoor items, such as new Tek table, chairs, fire place, fridge a choice off new beds double bed does the same as bunk bed, again just a different look. A skinning knife, that can be used on Dire bears/ wolfs and sabers to use as a rug.
Allowing the choice of how the walls with a window looks, be to open or to have panel of glass in the middle (same as prim plus) also being able to make plain glass rafter than always having to use green house walls.
A the big one for me, would be a egg hatchery dont mid it being as tek item tho i only use the tek gen (dont like having cables and wires everywhere) and lights anyway.
