enable/disable public mating to the dino radial wheel and if it is on disabled, also the eggs cannot be picked up by players that are not part of the tribe.

Many of the original breeders hard working on the mutations many days is going to get 1 mutation and sometimes people is sneaking your base and just mating your top stats dinos what you not released.

New mating system will be:

Need to make that you can't mate with another people dinos that will prevent that people not will steal from breeders dinos what they are not released. Also if people want put dinos on the public mating there will be button "Public mating" that will allow you to mate without restrict that you can't mate with another people dinos.

When dino is not "Public mating" it's have restrict to cloning it that will prevent that people can't eject dino from your base using bugs, quetzal.

After all those results we get safe breeding and you don't need keep your eyes up that someone will steal it if they will somehow eject dino after 8 days they will disappear and they can't do anything with that dino because it's not on public mating and not allowed to clone.

That's an old trick. It sucks. Build against it (centralized hatchery) if you are really worried about it but this suggestion has come forth because the op wants to leave their female dino's on constant enable mating. Convenient sure but have people really forgot before Extinction and dino leashes and then enable mating, stealth breeding was a rarity because people turned their dino's off mating when not mating. 

There are systems in place to prevent it. No need for additional coding when that time and effort can be put into more important improvements.

Why? 

You use to be able to before enable mating. Before dino leashes unless you just left your females on wander inside a breeding pen.

If people want to protect their stats, there are ways to protect them. Ark has introduced enough coddling and hand holding. There are a million other things that are more important than protecting the people looking for shortcuts from themselves.

like most people who are on the forums i've played quite a bit and i have literally never had someone ninja breed my dino because i control when they can breed.

you can not stop players from glitching inside bases. once inside they can uncryo a male to mate with your dinos and steal the stats.
i logged off yesterday next to a door outside the base and today i logon and i am now inside the base with my females....

you can not take 150 dinos of mating every day.

pve right now allows for to much pvp and it is up to wildcard to protect pve players better.

I thinks its on pve
But on PVP we dont have this kind of problem

No. Just turn your dino's off of mating or put them in an enclosed area that others can't get their dino to mate.

Your system adds a ton of unnecessary coding for something that is already easily remedied.

PvE players need to properly protect their bases. The Devs really should remove ORP and add/modify dino to attack bases.
