I dont know what happened, but every explorer not that I did find it didn't register as found. Having the same issue right now on genesis with the glitches. Having the same issue right now on genesis with the glitches. yeah trying to fix the glitches while they themselves glitch while fixing and start over. Tip. stand directly under the glitch, look upward toward the glitch icon and slowly rotate the camera when it starts zooming in pause and see if it will complete. seems to be working for me. with the explorer notes, i had to return to several of them repeatedly before they would register, finally got them though and the full corrupted skin.
