The UE4-Shootergame Game has crashed and will close.

I keep on getting a crash message everytime I try to join a server. I even tried reinstalling the game twice. (And I verified my files using steam like 50x) I have enough room on my ssd (2tb) and my hdd (4tb) which both have 75% left over so that can't be the issue as well. I also changed my settings from full epic to low which helped the first time I joined a server, But then after trying to log in again it still crashes, so that means that low settings 720p isn't the fix as well.

The complete crash message is:

I recently build my new pc. So the complete build includes:
2070 super Gigabyte OC.
MSI MPG X570 GAMING PRO CARBON WIFI
AMD 3700x
WesternDigital 4tb Red
Intel 660p Tb ssd

I hope that anyone will be able to help me out with this because I am sick and tired of not being able to play my game.

Head to ARK/Shootergame/Saved

You can find a folder which has the name of your map you are playing. For me, it is Valguero_Pxxxx.

There is a file named Valguero_P.ark or something with the name of the map you are playing. This is the main save and the game will load data from it to restore your game. But it is useless because the game has crashed. Just copy to another folder to backup and delete the original.

Head to the bottom of the folder, you will find the file named XXX_NewlaunchBackup.bak (or something like this). MAKE A COPY OF IT THEN RENAME THE COPY TO THE NAME OF THE MAIN SAVE YOU HAVE DELETED BEFORE. Of course you need change from .bak to .ark too. Remember the game will not load the save if save folder miss either main save or the newlaunchbackup. If everything goes right, the game will load the data from somewhere before the crash of your old main save. With me, it is 1 minute before the crash.

It works for me. Sorry for my English. I am not a native speaker.
