caleb68 Posted September 14, 2019 Share Posted September 14, 2019 far as i know other then toggling the auto hide when inactive (default \ key) there isn't a way to make it go away completely. if your just trying to take a screenshot without chat showing, can hit backspace to hide the hud. It would be nice if their chatbox worked like guildwars 2 had (been awhile sense i played that), tabs for local, general, tribe, and alliance chats with check boxes you can uncheck to keep it from popping up when someone types in one of them.
