If you don't want transfers you're better off finding an unofficial with official rates that is only one map. More likely to get support on that. You can transfer your Char however, and one day even the new maps will allow transfers of everything. Or you mean you just want a server that will NEVER allow transfer of ANYTHING? He wants it like the good old days where one big tribe would dominate a server and no one would be able to do anything about it.
