I think it's like 2 days of posting the max # posts allowed that gets you access to the forums. From there people offer up animal colors and stats, They trade w/ whatever material or items they want to. Usually, metal ingots and element dust are sought after. But trading stat for stat, color for color, or any other thing is up to the buyer and seller to come up w/ an arrangement. *So long as real world money or digital currencies outside of ark are NOT used.
