Mating Interval Settings Reset on SE

I've been playing on singleplayer with the Mating Interval set to 0.0001 on The Island, Ragnarok, Aberration, and Valguero with no issue. But every time I get on Scorched Earth, it is reset back to 1. Anyone know why this could be happening? All the mods that I'm using on SE I use on the other maps, and none of them affect breeding so I don't think it could be those.

Edit: I went digging through my GameUserSettings.ini and found this:

MatingIntervalMultiplier=1.000000
 

I'm guessing that's the culprit, but I don't know why the Bridges mod would affect the Mating interval, or why It would only pop up after installing SE. Should I delete that, or uninstall the mod entirely? Cause honestly I only used it for a server that I stopped playing on months ago.
