Enforcers, Scouts, etc. Not spawning on my rag unofficial PS4.

Hi,

I have had some success adding non-native Ragnarok tames to my unofficial PS4 Ragnarok server, like the gacha, featherlight, Mana, Crab etc.

A few I can't seem to get are Enforcer, Scout, Defense Unit, Basilisk. These I've heard from others will spawn, though, as others have had success. Also, Yeti in Snow and Alpha Karkinos in swamp won't appear. Is it possible or has anyone had success adding these animals to their server?

If so, could someone gracious offer some advice or assistance. I've added them to my command line in game.ini, saved, restarted, dino wiped, then searched. Nothing.  Ive bloated their spawns to see if they'd appear. Nothing. I'm kind of at my wits end. So any help is greatly appreciated.
