Awkward Ark Server - Slightly Boosted PVP

Welcome to the Awkward Dino Ark Server

 

The Awkward Dino Ark Server can be located on the PC Unofficial Sessions under [US] The Awkward Dinosaur and the map is currently Ragnarok with plans to move to Valguero when it becomes available. 

The purpose of this server is to provide a challenging PVP experience without the tedious and frustrating aspects that can be too common in Ark. The difficulty has been raised to the max it can be with Dinos spawning in up to level 300. Aberration and Extinction Dinos have been added to the map to provide variety along with their appropriate saddles. Weight and Taming have been boosted significantly to reduce tedious wait times and provide more play time. Offline Raid Protection is enabled currently and set to activate after 10 minutes. Most of our player base is full time working adults, and the PVP challenge is to attack bases while they are occupied providing a more fulfilling battle experience. 

In addition, the server is still testing rates to get the stats just perfect. Eventually, the server will host events and activities that can range from Open Wars to Naval Battles, to Cross Map Races, etc, with rewards for winners.

A word about rules: 

1. No Bronto Taming (You can't even learn the saddles)

2. No building at Obs or in Artifact Caves (There is no extra cave damage so other caves all good)

3. Don't leave your dinos at obs

4. Be respectful, no slurs or derogatory language will be tolerated. We are LGBTQ+ Positive 

5. Not so much a rule, but the Admins are full time working adults who also attend school, we will not fix any errors made by the developers or rescue anyone who has been raided. Rebuild and seek revenge.
