Overview
 
Dark Arks is a group of stable and permanent, long-term Ark servers. We'd like to say, we can and do provide a drama-free, troll-proof, non-griefing player environment that people can just relax and enjoy Ark. Unlike a lot of play-to-win servers, or quick (insta-) level-up scenario servers that seek to give you instant gratification with little rewards, Dark Arks does away with all of that by keeping in just enough challenge to keep you entertained.
 
While being laid-back, we also initiate slightly accelerated rates, unique challenges, rewarding events, and decay rates that encourage our players to "live real life" without the worry and fear of losing their hard work. Whether you're hard core or you just want to kick back and watch the sunrise, Dark Arks offers a variety of maps (all PVE for the time being) including our core maps with slightly boosted rates, our HELL map (Core Olympus) with incredible, high-level dinos, and our BRUTAL ARK Olympus map for those who want a taste of real hardcore play. While we do have a few rules, we encourage players to express their own play styles.

Common Features

• Max wild dino level 300 (core maps), 810 (hell maps)

• Active & friendly admins

• Custom Loot and drop rates. Fully customized loot drops specifically for Dark Arks. Drop Hunting, with slightly elevated rewards.

• Points reward system. Players earn points while spending time on the servers. Points can be used on useful and rewarding items without being game-changing (NOT PAY TO WIN). Donations are translated into points and players are able to use their points for in-game trading.

We work hard to incorporate and engage our player base by adding in events every week. These events include:- 40x Breeding / hatching / mating rates the first week of the month- 10x Kill experience from the 15th thru the 21st of each month- Recruiting event (ongoing, with EPIC rewards)- Light pet throwing matches- Dodorex massacres- Creative building contests- Tek Raptor marathon taming- Phoenix Taming races- Compy Frenzies- Scavenger hunts and more.
 
 
Server IP's
 
By joining our queried IP addresses, you may have the best luck joining the first go-around. However, your Ark client may freeze as it downloads the required mods. Please don't alt-tab, or shut down your game while this happens! While it may appear "frozen", it's just putting it's little gremlins to work behind the scenes - it's still loading.
