ARK - Primitive Plus in 2019 - Is it worth it ? Or still full of bugs.

So hello everyone, 

The title says it all, should I consider using P+ for both my PC and PS4 servers or just drop it ?

I've been reading so many complaints about it, I simply don't know what to do.

Currently we have an active cluster for both PC and PS4 with RAG. Soon will go with Valguero on both platforms.

Waiting for PS4 to launch and waiting for the PC version to be a bit more patched up.

 

My question is, will switching to P+(with flight allowed) turn my (already few) players away from the servers ?
