Hello, Since Ark is still being developed with the new Valguero map, I was wondering if Ark will ever be cross play? I mean, seems this is the way everyone is going. Just wondering if this is even a possibility being the game wasn't developed with that in mind and patches come out to steam a month before consoles. Uueerdo Posted June 19, 2019 Share Posted June 19, 2019 Even without the closed system greed that usually prevents a lot of crossplay involving consoles, most console providers don't want their clients going on servers they don't have control over. That's why the crossplay that does exist for Ark is just Windows 10<->XBox. Also, PC only players tend not to appreciate having to wait for console manufacturers to approve updates.
