I need breeding advice

Is it possible to breed for a lv450 spino with 20/20 matrilineal damage mutations and 20/20 patrilineal health mutations. 

If so, how would I go about doing it?

Just remember the level caps. I haven't tried to do this, but frankly I don't see the point of aiming for a specific level. I would just aim for the lowest level that I can work the best stats into. For instance, keeping wasted levels on movement to a minimum. 

You start by packing the best stats you can find into a NON-mutated breeding pair. Then after you have an impressive breeding pair, start breeding for mutations. 

Example: My level 249 Spinos aren't mutated yet, but I have them at...

HP: 42 levels

Stamina: 40 levels

Melee Damage: 42 levels

Oxygen: 40 levels

...plus the other stats which don't matter as much to me.
