Add a Server option to disable player damage on orbital supply drops

It really sucks, that there is noch option to Make Element Nodes or Orbital Supply drops easier for solo Playes on private servers, other than to set the Server to single player settings. 
just add a server option, to disable the Damage dealt by players and Tames on those structures and make solo players on smaller private servers happy

I'm not understand the point you are trying to make

Disable the ability for solo players to damage owe and veins, so 5hey cannot harvest the veins

Disable the ability for pad and veins to damage players when they arrive

Give solo players God mode while they are doing odd or veins

Or some other point I completely missed
