Read more...). Once that is resolved, you can click on Support at the top of the forum and once you get to the support pages, there will be a button in the upper right, Submit A Request. whynot04 Posted June 20, 2019 Share Posted June 20, 2019 Mu character was erased and i can not submit a ticket every time i try it sends me from the support page back to survivetheark.com instead of taking me to submit a ticket. I had a level 80 character with some tek engrams thaylt took me a while to get there and i lost it while i was transfering from ragnagork to the island and now when i try joining the island server i transferred to it gives me the option to create a new character does anyone know howni can contact someone to help Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

I have been trying to get back in for a couple days and it has remained at 0/70.
