Learn DLC engrams on different maps?

Once we have paid for DLC, I am confused as to the design choice of making us visit different maps to learn engrams. Aberration being the biggest pain, it's not too difficult to get into scorched earth and get to a supply drop once learning engrams, but aberration, it is difficult to get to a supply drop without Dino's or a tribe. So unless charge stations become transmitters (see charge stations having "leave this ark" option)

Can we be able to learn all engrams from scorched Eartha and aberration on any map or atleast on extinction which is meant to be the final destination

While I do agree with this, it would mean wildcard need to redo about the DLC Engram part since you don't want people without the said DLC learning them anywhere but their spot, but only use them.

With the abundance of blueprints for most dlc engrams, it's not so much an issue about people that didn't pay for DLC Learning the engrams

Blueprint is one thing. Its more of "always accessible" part of the Engram thats more of the concern.

Simple question: What should Players do with the dust from tek dinos at Island, if they dont have the Ext engram for use it to make element? ...

 

Some engrams should be available at all maps, so that some map content is usable.

That's a good point, they are used to feed enforcers but if you didn't get lucky and get one from raptorclaus then spent dust has no use without the unstable spent engrams
