Hey guys, I can't play from 2 days on Ark because my char has been deleted.
Ticket sent. I'm waiting without response. As all out there!
Let's create a New Topic everybody of us. Maybe they'll check the situation!
Seems nobody care of it. I have no words. ?

All our time is gone, levels, boss arenas, imprint, whole tribe (if play solo).
It's not understandable on an Official Server and on a mature game like ARK. We love the game, everybody of us, or we don't still play there BUT this not means the devs cant treat us in this way.
Your first thought guys must always be focused on your loyal customers. Those who will then buy your new games (Dark and Light, Atlas). We have always trusted you, even when you were not deserved. But now you have to take one more step for those who have lost months and years to build what they did on ARK.

Same thing for me, lost my lvl 100 and only one lvl 100 in my tribe so we lost the heavy really nice, lost a poop tone like cryo cuz they was on me so i thing i will take a big break of ark. I lost more dino in lag than just playing with it. Sure ark try to kill this game

With the massive volume of tickets sent in due to their rollback blunder, there will be quite some wait I'm afraid. I hope they have plans to bring on additional temporary support staff to help expedite the restorations. It's just a shame that they have not yet come up with a solution to restore ascensions
