I would uninstall ARK completely so no user files remain, reinstall ARK possibly on a new directory if you have one, validate all files, and then try loading the game. You have clearly said it only crashes with discord so uninstall the app and possibly use the browser version and ensure you have notifications set to off. Good luck.
