ABYAY Posted March 31, 2019 Share Posted March 31, 2019 I've only ever gotten 1 Snow Owl blueprint in a non-event fashion and it was from a red Orbital Supply Drop. However it was a Mastercraft with a good 79 armor so I couldn't complain. Since I've gotten Managarmr and Velonasaur saddles from the cave drops they may also have a chance of being in those too. I've done a lot of the red OSDs as well so the odds are quite rare. All I can really say is to keep running the caves (Desert biome's cave is arguably the easiest, just watch for Rubble Golems and Arthros) and hopefully you come across one.
