Bumping this. I'm getting it too, but glad they're aware. Been trying to get on Ark but every time I try to start a game I get the same error verbatim (at least from what I could see from skimming, i'm not reading the bug report word for word, sorry). Hopefully it'll be fixed soon. I miss my dinos.

I am saddened by this update.  There were really no issues we could not deal with in Primitive Plus+ .  Now we have broken servers, and its probably not even on the radar to repair.  The problem I have is, this is Official! :)  If its official, it should be tested and repaired before it goes live.  This is no longer a beta game, and/or alpha game.  It is the game.  The updates should not break the structure of the official games.  I am not sure why they didn't test this.  I have 30 active players on my server, and its sad.  :(  I am afraid they are not going to repair this issue.  I only like the primitive version, I do not really like the TEK version of the game.  I feel saddened by this issue.  Hoping that they take it seriously as its probably not even a huge issue.  If its linked to the F: drive, its probably on the final developers hardware, as we are not running our server on the F: drive.

I'm just glad its not me.  I started by completely backing up my old server, then did a complete reinstall.  The game didn't work.  I took the 11111111 off and it loaded like right now! fast 0.00 seconds.

Then I seen this post.  The exact same error.

I know I was the one that said we have to be patient, but I'd honestly be happy if they could just get the game to load. Even if we still have snapping or lag issues like non prim+ players are saying, at least I can just start farming stone and wood to prepare for it coming back up. Does anyone know how long it usually takes to fix things like this? Are we looking at today, tomorrow, next week?

Any word on when the prim+ servers will be back up?

I just got back from a business trip and tried to play my game. Prim+ servers don't even show up as an option. I hope after all fixes are in place there will be a roll back to restore any lost buildings and dinos.

I'm pretty sure you don't have to worry about lost dinos or buildings as I don't think the servers will even start, at least that's the case with my Prim+ servers.

I believe they said the servers are offline (so no worries about decay or starving). They were in a "all hands on deck" situation last week to get the tek servers fixed. They're probably taking a breathe to get the devs some hang time before getting prim+ fixed.
