No new dinos spawning

So on my server I'm having trouble with dinos respawning.. like for example I've flew by the snow biome a couple times and have seen the same level 30 ice wyvern flying about, over the course of 3 or 4 days it's been the same wyvern and no new respawn I dont want to have to manually do a dinowipe when I log in is there a way to fix this?

Is that with all the dinos on your map? Ice wyverns are weird. If players aren't gathering the eggs and killing the wild ones off then they won't respawn normally like the ones in the scar do. That's what I have found to work the best. Run through the 5 locations and kill any you see and new ones will spawn.
