ToeiRei Posted February 20, 2019 Share Posted February 20, 2019 Hi guys, I'm running a PC server with my small tribe and we are having about 400 important dinos to transfer to a new map. From my previous experience, ARK acted up on transferring a larger number of items and/or dinos via Obelisk. Is there any upper cap that you'd recommend or would you just upload all at once? hubo Posted February 20, 2019 Share Posted February 20, 2019 Yesterday I was carrying dino in a cryo capsule throught obelisk and nothing bad happened. Fully charged after operation. You can upload 50 stacks of items. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
Wikus Posted February 21, 2019 Share Posted February 21, 2019 20 Dinos , 50 items. Don't go over that limits. Also be careful of transferring dinos inside a cryopod. When we do it on my server it breaks the dino level down to lvl 1 , but other players don't have issues. Strange bugs with cryopods sometimes. hubo Posted February 21, 2019 Share Posted February 21, 2019 On official servers I did not have a transfer problem. Private have many different configurations. The default configuration of the private cluster allows for any transfers. To limit transfers, you need to reconfigure this.
