Nelliel
Can anyone tell me why the Managarmr agros everything it is supposed to be an apex creature but it gets attacked by everything. i would like to know also if this will ever be changed so that not everything attacks it, eg wolves, snakes, spiders, centipedes, dilos, etc, they are good but when every wild dino feels like taking a bite out of it makes it annoying to use. Markdh31788
Yea they’re the way drakes were in the beginning of ab everything Agros and they can’t even walk over a fish or dodo. Probably to many ppl complaining that they’re to op for them to fix them at the moment though
TheDonn
Because on the PvE side of things, they aren't "apex." They are fairly squishy, and if caught in melee go down pretty fast. Wild ones get killed by Mammoths fairly often, and Mammoths aren't "apex" in any sense. When ridden, they become more threatening on the PvE and PvP side solely through hit-and-run tactics.. You know, freeze, dump stam to icebreath, create distance and wait for the targets freeze-cooldown to drop off, and repeat. It's just a big dino, with an ice attack. That doesn't make it apex. Gigas and high-level corrupted Dinos are still the apex in the wild. How they are used by survivors doesn't make them apex, just because they are mostly the entire PvP meta doesn't make them "apex" anymore than stegos, trikes, or gasbags are "apex" because they have a very huge amount of utility as soakers. Wild ones don't act this way. They just try to freeze things solid, and even if it fails they jump into melee and get owned. Apex creatures don't get owned by Mammoths, and again this is Apex in the predator/prey sense of the word, not, "This dino has OP mechanics" sense. Wazzamaniac
Same could be said of the basilisk, a gigantic monster snake that gets attacked by every tiny dino and their mother. Or even worse, the mek.

(the basilisk, not the mek)

(the basilisk, not the mek) Slither-damage can wreck stuff on a Basilisk, but its very inconsistent sadly!
