This server I have a small base and have full facilities and a collection of dinos. The server was apparently down for several days, I could not find it for at least 4 days, then poof it was back on the list. I logged in and went to my base and all of my dinos were gone. What kind of support can I expect for this kind of thing happening in the future? There was no announcement and I am requesting that my dinos be replaced/restored. Use the outage report form. sometimes a server can still be running but lost internet connection, i have seen it happen several times but never this long luckily. They can only do a reset back to last server save which it's probably to late to do now. Good luck. Things to help server load or server list load times - If Steam Client then Settings > In-Game > Max Pings / Minute > set to 250.
