Falxile
So I've been looking for an answer to this for awhile now, but haven't found the exact answer that I need. When you breed normal dinos, people say that speed, even when the % goes up, is not changed. But what about water dinos? An Ichthyosaurus for example. You can upgrade the movement speed on it and the speed clearly goes up. But when you breed them, can you get speed mutations? And do they actually increase the speed? Or is that a wasted stat? I was thinking about making a line of Ichthyosaurus and trying to get them to have insane speed mutations, plus all the extra % I can get from leveling it, but I dont know if the speed can even improve without levels. Wazzamaniac
Dino points in speed that are NOT earned with xp are wasted points. Their only use is increasing torpor and level. I.e barring imprint bonuses, both water and land dinos can reach the same speed whether its a lv 5 tame or 150, via xp.
