rcadden
Just curious - which charge pet do you normally carry?
ehuhoser
Bulbdog, easy to replace, shinehorns a bit more elusive and glowtails, are not bad, but just for ease of it all, would have to say bulbdog.
RASHIAN
I really enjoy the Bulb cause the fat face really lights up the darkness in Abb
TheBlastMage
I love the glowtails, but their so hard to get to. Thus I am using some low-ish level but bred featherlights. Their very nice looking and fly above the water too if you die somewhere.
Weiss
Featherlights. I like their look most. If you tame another shoulder pet while you're out of base, the Featherlight can simply follow you back to while you carry your new tame. The other three would need to walk and probably get killed. I did the same thing. When someone died to a drake at the pit, i threw my featherlight (with flak helmet) down and on follow while i take his mega and bulkb back to base. Kaprosuchus
Bulbdogs because of their crazy charge pools and ease to breed. nowadays if i tame a new light pet i just toss whatever bulbdog i had down and leave it there to get eaten.
Justinmv
I prefer featherlights, they are easy to breed and i like that they fly.
TheGlitterPanda
i usually carry bulbdogs on dangerous adventures, but just for around home or farming things i use shinehorns..i jus think they are cute lil goats
Wazzamaniac
While I prefer glowtails, bulbdogs seem to be way easier to tame since you don't have to do the cave. Cryopods are you friend here guys, fyi
rcadden
Haven't gotten a Featherlite yet, but otherwise the glowtail is definitely my favorite. The cave is easy enough if you Cryopod a ravager in there with you and bring a sniper
TheDonn
Just tamed a 45 point emission radius level 140 (tamed to 208) Shinehorn... But I am using blue Bulbdogs until I get enough Shinehorns to actually breed. I have Featherlights on a different server, and they are amazing too but the Shinehorns are the GOAT. HAH! EDIT: Not in a position yet to get Glowtails...
Wilsonj471
I have used them all at one point or another I ended up with Featherlights for their great colors, ability to fly, and their natural affinity to emission which will become key when you get to reapers Queens to keep them debuffed. They just need to be bred a bit most of mine are mid to high 40's in charge, regen, and emission. Weight is a decent stat too if you load up your shoulder pet (all of them do this) with materials or gear when they are on your shoulder the weight is cut in half. Kaprosuchus
I often wish that glowtails moved like rockdrakes when they traversed so that i could stick them to walls like sticky lights.
Enforcer3
Shinehorn for sure! They are the cutest creatures in the map.

RapidRivers7
I carry the bulbdog because I end up getting it killed every other day and they are very easy to replace. Also I get attached to the other light pets.

QLMX
Bulbdogs because they are easily replaced. I use Bulbdogs for exploration and farming, Shinehorns to lighten up my base.
SnowboundGem
Shinehorns to light up base as they are so cute, I can't take them to their deaths everytime I go out to die getting an artifact. Usually a bulbdog or Featherlight for explorations.
WizardNuuk
Bulbdog because they accept meat. However, this was also driven by my belief the other light pets only accepted mushrooms (I thought they would end up starving on other maps because I couldn’t feed them). Only recently I realized they also take berrys, so I have been collecting high level Shinehorns for breeding and will be switching to them soon. Axirpy
Glowtails ! Because I also have one in real life, even if he don't have wings x) But yes definetely glowtails, I breed them for nice colors since a long time.
