Can I change individual dino tame speeds

I have a mod that makes any dinosaur that can lay an egg lay fertilized eggs in the wild. So I set the taming speed to .01 so it basically negates taming so you have to raise all of your dinos. However not all dinos lay eggs so I want to make it so you can only raise egg layers but you can normally tame non egg layers. Is there an option in server config to do this. I tried to just turn off taming for egg layers but that also shuts off hatching and raising them as it just shows them as wild after hatch.
