No warning and main character overwritten-dinos decay tomorrow any dev pls help?

Main character was overwritten without a warning when transferring that it would be overwritten (found out this happens when the character is dead--server only warns if character is alive/sleeping).  I emailed support immediately but have not heard back from them yet and a year's worth of dino breed lines decay tomorrow.  Any possible way to get @Jen @StudioWildcard@Chris or any other dev help in this matter?

You will have to go through the normal ticket system. Might take weeks.

Yeah i'm not worried about the character it's all the dinos that I need an admin to help get me back in my tribe so they don't all auto decay on day 8 (tomorrow).

Only thing you can do is to be online at the exact moment those dinos decay and be in render range - then you'll be able to claim them - but as soon as they are derendered they will poof out of existence. Maybe if you have trustworthy people you know personally they can help with the claiming.

Claiming decayed dino’s has been disabled for a long time

They are heading to poof. No one can claim "expired" dino anymore, it just doesn't give you the option to do so even when their time is up.

lol it's already yesterday as of my posting so this has been resolved one way or another.

@TheDonn Nope it's been two weeks now and still haven't even received the first email to set up an appointment :(.  Dinos are decayed.  Base decays in two more days which then means all the rest of the cryoed dinos are going to vanish too.  It's a bummer because it would only take 5-10 mins to fix.  Surprised support is that overwhelmed.  Just wish wildcard would have time sensitive issues like this expedited like they do when they respond to cheaters within 24 hours (dev track) rather than in the normal support track which seems to be extremely low staffed now.  Or if I could recommend anything to @StudioWildcard maybe try to make the overwrite warning applicable even if the character is dead to prevent this issue occurring to others if it's too much to have issues like this go through the dev track.  Anyways thanks to everyone who tried to help.

One of the many reasons to find a GOOD unofficial community with ACTIVE admins.

 

Or just play single player like me and be your own admin.

if your cryo fridge is on bare ground it will last 40 days otherwise it lasts as long as whatever it's sitting on

for a game as buggy as this you really need at least 2 steam accounts so you can invite yourself a new char into your tribe again.

If you play official, a second account and character to protect your main base and breeding lines is almost a necessity unless you have trustworthy friends. And someone designated to never transfer.
